DJ class for education & non-profit
Children get music classes in school, however, in this day and age, they don’t get enough freedom to express their creative self. It is known that music is a crucial part in the development of young children. Parents do not always have the (financial) means to pay for extracurricular activities. Therefore Femme decided to contact various schools and cities to offer DJ workshops for kids.
Recently, Femme joined a project that focuses on children who want to participate in extracurricular activities, but do not always have the (financial) means to do so. The city hires Femme to provide weekly DJ workshops which costs less than 5,- per child to participate. The city pays Femme her salary, so these kids (and their parents) can afford the classes and still have a special form of music education.
Additionally, Femme also educates her young students about various aspects of life. Therefore the DJ classes are not only music lessons, but can also be described as life lessons too.
